I recently Bought Matrice 210 RTK and Zenmuse XT2 camera from DJI store in New Zealand. when I try to connect it to tag pilot the Drone and Thermal camera did't recognize by the app. Also I would like to know how to purchase Thermal features in Tag pilot.

The M210 is not yet supported. Once we add support for the M210 and XT2 camera you will be able to purchase the auto tagging feature for $499 USD since the camera was not purchased from Drones Made Easy.

If it's not supporting currently for XT2 when will it be available?

We have added support for the next release but it hasn't been released yet. We hope to release it sometime this month.
Thank you for your quick respond. yesterday I update the tag pilot for Matrice 200 series but still it couldn't recognized the craft properly.

We are still working on it with our beta testers and people who have paid to have these features added.
how we can pay for those features? we already got map pilot business app and we would like to work with drone made easy so please let us know how purchase these thermal tagging feature including beta version for XT2 camera
Companies paid us to add some features. We are working with them to get things working to their liking. The updates will be made public at some point.
Since Tag Pilot is free the only way we really add things is when someone pays us to.
How do we pay for those features? i haven't seen any payment option in your tag pilot web site.
If you have specific features you would like us to add you can send us an email describing them and we will send you a quote for the engineering time involved in implementing them.
We are working on XT2 support because someone paid us to. It isn't ready for public release yet.
