When you delete a map from Maps Made Easy you get a message to confirm its deletion. I see both of those maps in your account still so they have not been deleted.
If you deleted the files from, your computer that is something you need to manage. The files are all still available for download so you could just download the files again.
While you are here... This is WAAAY too much overlap. If you are going to do a full grid, which we don't recommend for this type of scene, turn the overlap down a bit so you are only giving the system 25 looks or so. Since this is on a slope you should use 70% without terrain awareness or 75% with terrain awareness.
