Air 2s not taking photographs

Hit there. The app seemed to work flawlessly flying the mission but no photos Were taken. It will take them manually when I click the controller but not when flying Both the connected and unconnected mode in the app. Drone link worked flawlessly But I would love to create the 3d maps in maps made easy. All firmwares Are up to date. I used both in app camera settings and copy setting from other app. Please help. Thank you so much in advance.

Also, freshly format your SD card using the DJI app. Use the Actuve Connect setting first before trying Connectionless.

You can use any app to collect your data as long as it confirms with our Data Collection guidelines. We do prefer you use our app though since it doesn’t allow you to make some of the simple mistakes that others do.

Are you 100% certain that no other drone related apps were open at the time of using the Map Pilot Pro app? This includes the DJI app.

But I will try and reinstall the app and restart all the systems and let you know.

Hi Zane. I reinstalled the app. Formatted card with the dji app. Restarted everything and in both cases active connect and connectionless it's still not taking photos. I let the mission run half way through with no photos taken.
Manually depressing the photo button on the controller makes it take a photo.
Any more thoughts Sir?

You neglected to mention you are trying to collect RAW images. Get things working without that first. We don’t actually recommend using RAW images anyway. We will look into why that isn’t working though.

Please check your Settings in Map Pilot Pro. Your log files show that RAWs are being recorded.

Also make sure the ‘Inherit’ setting is disabled.

Very odd that raw is mentioned as I've had it on jpg the whole time. Also
I've had inherit both on and off in mission to no avail..

1. confirm it is set to JPEG in DJI Fly
2. confirm it set to JPEG in Map Pilot settings
3. leave inherit off

Also, you had APAS on for some of your flights. Make sure that is off.
