Won’t find drone.

I’m new to this, I have installed maps made easy, when I go to new mission app start looking for a drone, eventually tells me it’s found phantom 4, but I’m using a mini 2. After finding the wrong drone, it tells me it can’t find the camera and then it tells me I can’t find storage and I have to click these messages away. I reinstall the app, I’ve tried deleting the DJI GO app, I’ve tried, turning the drone into discover mode. Nothing allows the Maps made it easy to connect to the drone.
