Sharing my map

Hi, I am trying to share my map to a client so they can check it out.

Secondly, they will need to do a volume measurement with too.

How do i share this may with them ?

Here is my response from your initial request on Monday:

Johno,
Send them the Public URL and enable Public Hosting, Public Annotation View, Enable Public Measurement and Allow Public Annotation in the Map Detail page to give them access to everything.

Please make sure our email address is whitelisted with your email service to make sure you can receive our support responses.

My client had me fly his gravel pits to conduct an inventory. Is there a way to share the map that would automatically populate the volume of each pile/annotation into a spreadsheet?
