Our Tag Pilot app was used by a lot of Search and Rescue groups if that is what you mean. It is available for free in the App Store.

Search and Rescue specific app
In some of the older forum questions, there is a reference to a search and rescue specific app that was in progress. Was that app ever fully developed and is it currently available?
