Mavic mini 2 Error -1013

Hello, today the first attempts with the Mini 2, after connecting I confirm with OK, then comes the following message: Work Mode Error - Current product does not support this feature. (code:-1013) .  I tried all Work Modes, neither Cine, Normal nor Sport made the error message disappear. I just tried the simulator, everything worked. Only the image preview at the bottom right does not work, I do not get a live image of the drone in the APP. Is there any workaround?

Tried with Iphone SE (1.Generation)

We are aware of the work mode issue that some users are reporting and hope to address it soon. The aircraft should be put in Normal mode for mapping use. It looks like you are using 5.4.2 which is good. 

The support for the Mini 2 is very new and it seems like there are some things that still don't work like the rest of the DJI aircraft. They might eventually get fixed in firmware or an SDK update but we will see what we can do in the meantime. 

Note: That iOS device has an A9 processor, which should at least mostly work. We have been recommending the use of an A10 processor or better for a while now.

Hi Zane,

I have similar issues with Mini 2: Work Mode Error - Current product does not support this feature (code:-1013). No video feed.

Mini 2 (Normal mode) running MPP 5.4.2 on iPad mini 5 (a12 processor).

Look for version 5.4.3 to be released. It has a few Mini 2 related fixes.

I upgraded to 5.4.3 and now everything work with Mini2.
