Hmmm. That is odd. Assuming you didn't accidentally touch the yaw stick it looks to be an issue with your remote. I can see in your most recent log file that rudder value that affects the yaw of the aircraft was ticking just lower than 1024 (the default untouched value) which means it is either being touched or the remote is reporting that is being touched. This small adjustment would have then accumulated over time and resulted in a pretty big offset.
Try to recalibrate your remote and make sure it is all clean and the sticks are traveling freely. The good news is that it doesn't appear to be anything with the aircraft and new remotes can still be gotten cheaply.
