We will look into that is causing this but in the meantime you can choose "Force Virtual Stick" in the Advanced section of the Settings so it isn't using the waypoints.

Mini 4 Pro mission file operate failed, please check permission
I am trying to get Map Pilot Pro to work with my Mini 4 Pro and am having no luck. For background, I am using 3.1.6e (yes e). The software sees the drone, will update my location on the map but when I go to upload to the drone I get the error "mission file operate failed, please check permission". My DJI details are: rc-n2, mini4 pro F/W 01.00.1100
rc 01.01.0300.
As of Feb 10, 2026 all versions are latest, thinking maybe that was issue, it's not.
I'm trying to do a simple, normal mission, so nothing fancy or weird.
I have been using Map Pilot Pro (e version) with my older Mini3 without issues (virtual stick mode since it's the 3). I'm at a loss on how to get my mini4 pro to work. Any ideas??

We have not been able to figure out why the waypoint system is not working for a lot of users and the release of 3.1.7 has made it so Mini 4 Pro defaults to Virtual Stick controls being used.
