I would break it up into segments that can be done with two passes in one battery. Single passes are pretty risky for getting enough coverage to do photogrammetry. No matter what you want to use a lot of along track overlap so you are getting plenty of views. If you have to do 1 pass you would have to do 90+% overlap for semi-reliable photogrammetry. It would have to be on a pretty good camera too. With two passes you could use 85% overlap and be able to get away with a lesser camera.
Maps Made Easy can process the data. It would be best to break that up into batteries too to keep the lighting differences from getting weird.
