Missing OBJ file from output created using the DJI workflow

I recently submitted a batched of photos to create a 3D model. I selected 'Process Full 3D' and asked it to export an obj file, but there was no obj file in the output. Is there a glitch or is there something I did wrong?

It looks like you figured it out. You opted to do Full 3D processing but did not elect to create the Full Resolution OBJ file creation in Step 2 of the uploader. Your two most recent jobs look to be Full 3D and have the proper files.
