We haven't heard this feedback from anyone else and are unable to reproduce it. Have you tried fully power cycling the remote, aircraft and mobile device and fully closing all other drone related apps?

I tried using version 1.9.1e and the image was transmitted.

We will try to look into what is causing the video feed to not display. If the older version is working for you it is OK to use.

I am using base plan
Old version requires me to update to latest version before using, only allows to use free plan
