There was a slight difference in the headers in your images. We have updated the image selector to allow the images from your camera.
You should be able to upload them as normal now as long as your Pro subscription is current.
Hello,
We collected thermal data with a FLIR XT2 camera. Because the size of the image taken on the ground is 640 x 512, I cannot use it as an Exif test image (I used the Classic Workflow as all I have a .jpg files).
What do you recommend doing to be able to assemble a composite?
We're just testing the system so we're not too concerned about accuracy.
Thanks,
Marty

Photogrammetry doesn't work very well with thermal imagery. We recommend using the Flat Maps option but you have to be on a subscription plan to do so with thermal imagery.
Thank you Zane,
So I have about 50 Mb of images to process. How much would it cost to add to the subscription? I'm developing materials for a college so the purpose of this composite is for education (in case there's a discount).
Cheers,
Marty
Flat Map Processing for thermal images is only available on Pro subscriptions which are $15/mo.

Thank you! I'll give the subscription a try. I'm really pleased with MapsMadeEasy so far.

Hello again,
I upgraded to Pro now and I have another question. I've gotten about 100 thermal shots with a DJI XT2 in jpg format, with a total size of 50 MB. From trial and error I see that I cannot use the DJI Workflow nor the Classic as I have no Test EXIF data. How should I proceed?
Thanks again,
Marty
Please email two sample images to mapping@dronesmadeasy.com so we can check the tags. There are so many different thermal formats we might not have support for your yet.
