Official comment
It appears that your images had the tags modified such that the RelativeAltitude tag was not found properly. This likely occurred while renaming your files with -1 and -2 and -3 at the ends to denote the different groups. You have to be REALLY careful not to disrupt the original tags or all of the correction features won't be able to do their jobs.
Without those tags in place, the GPS derived altitude is used. These are all reported around 295 meters (968 ft). You were flying 83.6 meters (274 ft) above the ground with Terrain Awareness so this pencils out to what you got as your output elevations.
The good news here is that you can adjust for this elevation offset using 3-4 GCPs and our Manual Realignment tool:

In the case where you are just doing elevation offsets you can just get the coordinates from the Map Detail page by right clicking on the map.
Your tags are really close though so we will look into accommodating them on future jobs. It is just weird little differences that are throwing it off.
