Transfer Map Pilot acct between Apple IDs

I purchased Map Pilot for DJI - Business app for work using my personal Apple ID.

We now have a work iPad to run Map Pilot.

I'd like to transfer our Map Pilot Business account to our new work Apple ID. How do I do this?

You don't have a Map Pilot Business Account with us, you purchased the Map Pilot Business app. This app was purchased on your original Apple account. The app is non-transferrable between Apple accounts. We are sorry but this is just how the App Store works.

Thank you, good to know you can't transfer the app across Apple accounts.

What are the differences between the Map Pilot for DJI - Business app and a Map Pilot Business Account with you? I didn't know there was a difference, and this may inform which product we buy in the future. Does one require the other?

Currently Maps Made Easy only has one type of account. There is no business level account or subscriptions for processing. It is all pay as you go.

The differences in the variants of the apps can be found here:

You don't NEED a Maps Made Easy account (which is free) to use Map Pilot Business but if you plan on syncing your missions, using the Terrain Aware features or using any of the log file syncing you will need to have a Maps Made Easy account that you can log in to.

Got it, yes I've logged onto my Maps Made Easy account on the Map Pilot Business app so I can use terrain awareness - a wonderful feature.

When you say that a Maps Made Easy account is pay as you go, what are examples of its services that cost money? I didn't realize until now that Maps Made Easy had imagery processing services. I've only every used the Map Pilot app for collecting imagery and then I process the imagery using other software (for photogrammetry).

We charge by the megapixel of imagery that gets uploaded. More/bigger images to process costs more points.
