It takes a few seconds, sometimes up to a minute for the connection to cycle and connect again. The Upload and takeoff buttons don't appear until there is a GPS fix again that has at least 10 satellites.
I am flying a 3 battery mission. The copter comes back and ask that I push the "battery changed" button. I push this when I replace the battery and turn it back on. After waiting a reasonable period, I don't see a "resume mission" button and the flyout menu doesn't say "Takeoff" It does show "Upload". When I push upload and fly again it seems to head to the beginning of the mission. What am I missing here?

Also, look at the grid and ensure that the Blue abandonment point is where you expect it should be.
@Zane. I would be nice if only the most recent abandonment point was Blue and previous abandonment points went away or changed color. During multiple battery missions, you can end up with a bunch of blue points.
So I should not have to UPLOAD the mission again right?
You have to hit upload every time you take off.
