I upgraded Map Pilot on my Ipad but it did not upgrade on my iphone?
This is not something we control and is a setting specific to your devices. We never recommend allowing things to automatically update. You may just have to do it manually with the iPhone.

This was an upgrade not an update. I Purchased the $39.99 upgrade on Map Pilot of DJI on may IPad. Do i have to purchase it again in order to use it on my iphone?
You need only purchase 1 time for each Apple account. If your iPad is using a different Apple account than your phone, then you will need to change them to be the same account or purchase again.
