If you don't see this in the top left corner, you are likely on a touch device which is not compatible with our annotation or measurement tools.

Hi Zane, yes I know the bar I should be seeing but all I have are the zoom and location buttons. My 'device' is a Lenovo Thinkpad computer - there is a similar touch-screen model but this is not one of them; it is not touch-screen. What can we do please? Thanks, Don

A lot of new laptops still have touch stuff enabled for some reason... Don't know why.

To add to the other comments made about the problem in your link, for Firefox it is necessary to edit about:config, search for (eg) "touch", and change the value for 'dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled' to 0 (was previously 2).

Using the tools is easy enough, but can you edit the position of markers, polygon points etc, or delete anything drawn?

You can edit and delete when you own the job. You can't edit and delete our sample stuff!
