
Interesting question. It cannot do that using the web tools but I suppose you could make linear measurements between two points and then look at the height differences as displayed in the upper right corner when hoving over those points to calculate the 3D distance. Repeat that at a spacing that makes sense and total them up and you would have your answer.
You could also import the LAS into CloudCompare and see the 3D distances between points:
