Map failed to produce

Hi, I recently received the following outputs from you (see images). I was very careful to follow the guidelines and planned the mission away from solar noon, having calculated it for my location. I ran the drone at the usual slow speed and running north south. As you can see, the outputs are obviously not something I can use or am willing to pay for (as I used paid points). This seems to happen every now and then with this service and the outputs are released without any explanation as to why the processing has failed. In the past, sometimes I have reprocessed the same data and received a different result, but I shouldn't have to pay again in the hope of getting a different result.

How do I ensure that I am going to get a reliable result, given that I follow the guidelines? Can we try processing the images again?

It looks like you used the Mavic Air which is the lowest quality camera we support. It requires the use of extra overlap to overcome the lack of quality optics and sensor. 80-85% overlap should be considered the minimum for this aircraft.

We do not see any log files in your account so we have to assume that Map Pilot Pro was not used in the data collection so we can't really provide much help there.

Full 3D is never going to work well with this aircraft so it isn't really even worth trying.

Processing the same images over again will not yield different results.

Thanks for replying, Zane. I sometimes will use higher overlap settings when I select full 3D (to get a better .kmz with trees and buildings) and it makes a difference.

I use Dronelink, as last time I checked Map Pilot Pro doesn't support Mavic Air 2. I did use the "terrain follow" feature, as I have done many times before, to get a more accurate map in the steep terrain.

How come I can see the underlying terrain in the colourised image below, but the colours aren't associated with the definition? How is the ortho-mosaic fine, with good detail, but the DEMs aren't?
