I'm keen to use Tag pilot but I have been led to believe that it is only available for persons who bought their drones through Drones Made Easy. Is this the case, and if so, is there a mechanism to purchase a license to use the app like you can for Maps Made Easy?
Tag Pilot is freely available and currently works with Inspire 1 (X3), Matrice 100 (X3), Phantom 3, Phantom 4 and Mavic aircraft.

Thanks for your reply. That explains it then. I was trying to use it with an M600 and Zen XT R. Do you know when that option will be supported?
Are you not receiving our support ticket responses? We have replied to all the emails you have sent in as well.
Custom domains such as yours often have issues accepting emails from our Zendesk customer service portal. Please add dronesmadeeasy.com email addresses to your whitelist.
