Request to stop subscription and charges and request for refund

Dear Sir
I have not used your services for several years, and despite this you charge me for services I do not receive, I would like to immediately stop the subscription, not  to charge me, and return the amounts you took to my account immediately,

The subscription you signed up for is a recurring monthly or annual payment for access to our apps and services. At any time you could have downgraded it back to Free to stop any further payments. This was all agreed to at the time of your initial payment.

Dear Sir
As you can see I have not used your services, therefore I would like to consider the issue of refunds for services I did not receive,

Refunds

Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the payment being made for annual plans or 24 hours for monthly plans. Refunds are only available as long as the subscription has not been used (map processing or Map Pilot Pro use). 

 

Just because you did not use the services doesn't mean you didn't receive the service. You have had access this whole time and we have no way of knowing what you used depending on the syncing settings.
