Visible boundaries and basic color/contrast adjustment.

Sorry if this is available and I'm not seeing it.

I would be nice if the user could adjust the boundary (crop) the displayed portion of the project image online in order to clean up irregular edges  (DD has this).

Also, since post processing images before uploading is problematic due to exif problems,  it would be great to be able to apply basic corrections to the final image that is seen online.

Thanks.

I understand MME is not focused on Hosting.  Are things like the request above something that can/should be done by the user with Mapbox and their own hosting?  Mapbox seems more geared to developers than to someone that just wants to display layers on a google map/satellite image background.

This is not something we currently offer in MME. We already pre-trim the images around the flight envelope to get rid of jagged edges. We recommend doing further trimming with the raw GeoTiff files in QGIS by using its Raster -> Extraction -> clipper features.

You can also do some basic color corrections is QGIS.

We anticipate doing a few tutorials on this very soon.

Mapbox is geared towards people making maps, not necessarily developers but I get what you are saying. We will look into documenting some of these features a bit better soon.
