Upload photos as only black colour file.

Hello, I really looking forward to use your page when making orthophotos.Yesterday, i took photos with phantom 4 and map pilot app for iOS, loaded to your page according instruction. It was strange that when uploaded almost half of photos was represented by black icons only. I done all steps again but still black icons remain to be. This time on different photos. Still I decided to start proceeding. Result was bad. Seems that all photos after uploading represented with black icons  was taken as actually just black colour files together with regular photos. Which of my steps could be wrong ? And now.. do I have to create one more acount to get free 500 points and try it again? or someone can restore them?

It is hard for us to tell since we don't see any maps with issues in your account. 

If there is a problem with the upload or the source imagery it is always best the cancel the upload before the job starts so you are not charged for processing bad data. 

If a photo is all black for some reason it will likely just not be included in the output. You will still be charged for processing it. Your overlap will likely be affected by having blank data.

Please do not create duplicate accounts to get more free processing. Duplicate accounts are at risk of being deleted.
