Every georeferenced mapping workflow creates a GeoTiff, KMZ, DEM and OBJ files. The GeoTiff, DEM and OBJ files can all be opened in Autocad.
The accuracy of the maps our system creates is directly related to quality of the data that is taken. If manual GCPs are recorded with a high end receiver, there is no reason that the maps shouldn't be better than Google Earth in terms of accuracy.
