Both. The imaging is actively managed through the app so a connection must be maintained at all times. But both the camera preview and aircraft location on the map are shown.

Live Preview in Map Pilot
While using the app, does the downlink work so that we can still see what the camera sees, or will our iPad display the basemap with location of the drone as it flies the path?

The first mission i flew had the live view but since i have been flying missions using terrain aware and wanted to see how to toggle off the terrain aware profile at the bottom of the screen and use the live view-thanks
