Can the Map Pilot app do video files?

Is there an option of creating video file with user programmed waypoints?

No. Video does not work well for collecting data for mapping and is not supported.

The DJI Go app can take video while flying to programmed waypoints.

Map Pilot Pro offers a video mode that is available with Base subscriptions.
