They are exportable separately. Look for the 'KML of Annotations' link under the 'View Full Screen' button. The KML can be imported into anything that will take the other file types.
Hi, are markers, polygons, polylines layers and their annotations exportable with orthomosaic TIF or JPEG, KMZ and DEM files? Or they are only available online? Also, please comment if other exportables are compatible with these annotations, thanks.

Thanks for you reply. Found the link and downloaded it. So, for viewing an orthophoto in Google Earth with the annotations, I download 'ortho', 'kmz (which is the 3D Google Earth (KMZ)' and 'kmz annotations', keep them in a same route folder and open the KMZ (3D Google Earth (KMZ) in Google Earth and it should show ortho with annotations right?
The GeoTiff may or may not work in Google Earth depending on the size of it. There is a limit of 16k x 16k pixels. The KMZ will be fine. You may need to adjust the height of the KMZ. There are lots of threads on here about how to do that. But yes, they should all show together in Google Earth.
Thanks, but the Full Resolution Image (JPG) shouldn't have a problem nor need adjusment right?
Also, what do you mean by 'You may need to adjust the height of the KMZ'? thanks
The JPG is just an image with no spatial information at all. Nothing needed there.
