Orthoimage not generated

I processed some drone images for the second time, since my files expired, but this time the orthoimage is blank https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/maps/detail/6e611669ff3241cd99c8e2e50e529616/

I don't mind processing again but 1. I don't want that to happen again. 2. I would like to request a refund unless of course, it's my fault.

This map actually turned out well but the trimming got weird. The auto trimming has been disabled the map was set to be reprocessed.
