It looks like you are trying to use a saved mission that was designed with the Custom Camera setting enabled.
Hello,
I have an ongoing Pro trial, and have been able to use the drone to varying degrees of success over the last few days. However today I have been repeatedly getting:
"Service Level Mismatch
This mission plan cannot be loaded due to the following:
com.dronesmadeeasy.dronekitlibrary.mapsmadeeasy.subscriptions.CustomCameraFeature@f7ab1e4 is not allowed at this service level."
Two different phones both logged in and synced saying their service level is "Pro" would get kicked out of the mission planning screen constantly due to this error.
Any ideas?

I have emailed you the .mme and the screenshot. I was already doing the Sync button almost constantly, I had about a 10% success rate of it changing anything... It said "This device is already authorised" every single time
The only reason I recommended doing the Sync was because we had just reset your devices.
The Custom Camera feature is only available for Elite and Pro level subscribers. There isn't really any reason for you to be using that with your aircraft. Just select the Mini 3 Pro for designing your flights so they will be appropriate for your camera and settings.
Thanks, I've just confirmed that Mini 3 Pro is in the list of camera settings. I might have been blind, but I was certain I went through the full list and didn't see it a few days ago when I first setup the app. Has it only just been added in 1.4.3e? FYI I've been using Custom Camera everyday for the last week and it has only started this error today despite being on the Pro trial the whole time.
Mini 3 Pro support was just added in the last could versions so you might have had a slightly older version that didn't have it in there.
The short of it is that if you don't have the aircraft connected any designed flights will use the value that is selected in the settings. For any value other than Custom Camera it will ask you to update it if there is a different aircraft detected for the saved mission.
Got it, thank you. I'll get back to you if I continue getting issues after selecting the proper camera setting
Try logging out and then logging back in. This might have been an issue with the 1.4.3 update.
Thanks for your advice Zane. I set the camera accordingly and it was fine. That said, I did get kicked out once for something about overlap exceeding the standard amount. I was running 90% overlap both across and forward. Which I believe is allowed on the pro trial. I tried logging out and back in again, and it didn't repeat, but I didn't do much more flying after that
We have questions as to how you are even running 1.4.3e on an Android 12 device. DJI says that shouldn't work since the Enterprise SDK is limited to versions 7-11... Most users who have been doing that get a bunch of crashing.
I've been running it on Android 13 and Android 12. I am actually getting lots of crashes on both (https://support.dronesmadeeasy.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/15292688137620-Map-Pilot-Pro-Repeated-Crashing), but a little bit more stable on Android 12. I'm looking for an old Android 9 or 10 phone that I can buy secondhand but there's only so much I can do to support my need for the mapping. Really annoying that DJI have this restriction
I don't think DJI intended for devices other than their remotes to be running their new SDK version. Or something...
I guess they want consumers to shell out for their RC Pro
