It sounds like the aircraft might not have had a GPS fix when the image was taken. You MIGHT be able to patch it using EXIF editing software.

Invalid Coordinate for Map Data
I forgot to take a ground photo for a map job. Went back today, took a ground photo (same drone), and added it to the data set. MME says the ground photo has an invalid coordinate. See screenshot. What's happening?
