I have two completed maps and when I try to download them in JPG the initial map pops up and when it automatically starts sharpening the image the whole map disappears and I get a lot of noise where the image is meant to be.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the outputs. It is hard to tell from you screenshot that you sent to our email what is going on there, but I was just able to download your most recent JPG and view it in the standard Mac viewer. The files Maps Made Easy creates can be really big and some viewers may have issues with it. Please clarify what your screenshot was of. It looks like it was maybe a grab of our website or something.
the screen shot was of the image that comes up when I hit download of the image from the web and it loads in to the preview on my mac
it was literally a screen shot of the preview pain. It is only the last two maps the first two download perfectly.
I have gone in and tried to download on my macbook and do not have the same issue.
