You can do a small test on Maps Made Easy for free but it won't likely work. We do have a few users doing similar things but they have been working on it for a while.

I have a set of scanneed old (1954) aerial photo with overlap. I want to write an exif header on every scanned photo file. The metadata I want to write are focal length, gps location, altitude, GSD (ground sampling distance), direction of flight and pixel size of the picture. I have a mid/mif file containing all these data.
The purpose is to produce a seamless image from my scans as if each photos was taken by a drone. I could use Pix4D mapper or DroneDeploy web services or...
