Maps Made easy Plan

I up graded to the $450 / Year plan it says i can process upto 1600 images ... i uploaded 1553 images it is saying it is 4601 points ???  and to buy more ??   what is the $450 i just paid for ?   please explain this .  if this is the case how do you get a refund for the $450/yr i paid i bought it thinking i can use it upto  1600 images thank you . for your time

The Elite plan includes free processing up to 8 gigapixels. With 20 megapixel images that gets you to 400 images (8000 / 20 = 400).  If you use the downscaling factor of .25 in Step 2 of the uploader it will accept up to 1600 images. 

If you need to do it at full resolution with the Elite plan the first 8 gigapixels are free (the first 400 images) and then you would have to use pay-as-you-go points to process the rest. It looks like the calculation above is correct.

thank you BUT whats the diffrence between native 1/2 and 14 i mean to showcase your work to clients and what is best if you were ordering services from me i take it you would want the best but what is acceptable

The the downscaling is to reduce the resolution so you are essentially processing less gigapixels. For example, if your input imagery was 1 inch/pixel the .5 downscaling would result in 2 inch/pixel outputs. The processing is the same, there is just less fine detail. It is the equivalent of flying twice as high to collect the data.
