help up loading pictures.

I have recently been employed by Xcraft  to help them develop a mapping drone.   I have used Maps Made Easy personally  for over 4 years.  Your mapping platform has enabled me and educated me in the process of making Maps with a drone.   I use the Phantom 4 and a Mavic pro.( When  comparing map pilot pro to other auto pilot mapping programs like Site scan or pix4d I find your product far superior)  When I collect data with the phantom and upload the images everything works great,  but when  flew a small map with the Xcraft drone the file upload process did not go as smooth.  There is a screen in the upload process that has 3 boxes that you need to check in the upload work flow verifying that the images were all taken with the same camera.   The program would not allow the boxes to be checked.  It seems like our files might be missing something. Is there anything we can adjust or add to our images to make them work with your system.
