Offline maps not uploading

Hello,

I have been using MME Business app for about 3 years, and have never had a problem. I recently updated to MME pro and have not had a offline flight upload to date. It takes about 10-15 minutes to upload the terrain awareness, and then another 10-15 minutes to get an error that reads The way point mission has an invalid number of waypoints (code:-5103). I also get another error that reads Execution of this process has time out (Code-1003). This is from a rather large flight that I have done many times with MME business. I am currently using a DJI Phantom 4 Pro with a iPad mini 4 tablet IOS version15.1. This is really interrupting my work and after paying 1$50 for something that was once $40 makes it even more frustrating. I understand that the industry is moving away from support for the IPad mini 4, is this the issue?

The iPad mini 4 is the issue... Usually it is causing issues for people after upgrading to iOS 15.2. There are lots of discussions about this on here lately...

Download the beta version and give that a try. We have added some iPad mini 4 CPU reduction measures that will get through the big bursts that are causing issues.

But hey, that's why we have the subscriptions: to keep up with the changing environment.

You should look into upgrading though. We have been recommending the use of at least an A10 process for over 2 years.

Thanks for the quick reply. Since the IPad mini is the issue I will upgrade. Just trying to hold out. What do you recommend for the upgrade. I prefer the larger screen rather than a phone.

iPad mini 5 (A12) has been great and will likely our standard for at least 2 more years. Go for the iPad mini 6 (A15) if you want to be covered for longer.

We have also heard of users getting the battery replaced on the old iPad mini 4 and the problems go away if you are really wanting to hold out.
