Map Pilot Pro will display the No Fly Zones and show you what you do and don't have unlocked. Map Pilot Pro will help you request unlocks. Map Pilot Pro will not prevent you from taking off, the aircraft is what does that.
Map Pilot Pro has nothing to do with LAANC approval and has no way of knowing whether you have it or not. Map Pilot Pro actually has zero to do with whether or not you can take off. The DJI no fly zone database that is in the aircraft makes that decision. It keeps track of what you do and do not have access to fly in. When you go to the FlySafe website to unlock the zones the authorizations you have are tied to your DJI account. Then you need to open the DJI app and log in with your DJI account while connected to the internet so your most current authorizations will be synced to the aircraft. Then based on the state of the zone unlocks that are available in the aircraft it will make decisions on whether or not to let you fly from that location. There does seem to be some difference between manual and waypoint flight but DJI doesn't really spell that out.
It sounds like maybe your authorizations with DJI have expired.
