Unable to authorize 7 devices for Map Pilot Pro

Hello,

I switched form monthly to yearly subscription for Map Pilot Pro (Pro feature). I authorized 5 iOS (iPhones and iPads) devices and Setting menu says "Devices remaining - 0".
I should be getting 2 instead of 0 as there are 7 devices on Map Pilot Pro (Pro feature) plan - https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/map_pilot/

How do I get 2 remaining devices authorized?

So far we have devices named iPaduser, iPhoneVladimir, iPad2, iPad, iPhoneuser, iPadTroll, and iPaduser. A total of 7 with unique IDs. 

We have cleared them all out so they can authorize again. We will add a tool to manage this in the near future.

I logged out, then logged in on all 5 devices and now I can authorize only 4 devices. One iPhone (one of 5 authorized OK previously) now says "This device is not allowed. Maximum number of devices (4) has been authorized for this subscriber..."

Please, remove iPad2 and iPadTroll from authorization. These are not my devices.
Mine are -

iPaduser, iPhoneVladimir, iPad, iPhoneuser, iPaduser.

And I was unable to authorize iPhoneVladimir (my post above).

UPDATE:

Got 5 devs authorized, 2 devices vacant.

However, 

"Expires" now says "May 13, 2021" instead of correct

"May 6, 2022".

Sorry about that. Resetting your devices put you back to the new 7 day free trial we are giving and that put your devices back down to 4. It is all straightened out now.

we have similar issue, with a yearly subscription to pro version, we use the app in 3 ipad mini and now it says 0 device remaining instead of 4, the thing is we had to reinstall, log out and log in several time as a work around some stabilities issues we are having with the app (as reported on other posts) we found that doing that affter working with several missions on a project, the app works much better, it was hable recognize the drone, (where sometimes we lost like an hour or more of day work waitting for that to work, restarting, reconnecting cable...) load the terraing profile faster, do the preflyght and actually give the option to start mission, were before did not work, (well.. this could be another topic) but first, we need to have the remaining "devices" available to continue the workflow that has worked for us, while the other issues, hopefully will be fixed, that we do not have to continue doing the "resseting" of the app.
note. the ios was uptated several times on the devices, maybe the app is "confusing" the device with different ones after that

Roger: your device list has been reset. It looks like only 3 or 4 devices had been used but they had different ID numbers because the app was deleted and reinstalled which makes it count as a new device. This is why we offer the resetting.

same issue again, now the app says 2 devices remaining, where there should be 4, we are using the same 3 ipads mini, and the plan support 7

Roger: I see three different iOS devices with 5 different vendor UUIDs. It looks like you may have different users logging into the iPads and using this same account which is why they are getting counted as double. You can manually reset your device list by pressing the "Reset Devices" button in your account profile if it is available. We have manually cleared it again. 

We have recently added the Team Sharing system which would allow you to share devices to other user's accounts so you can control it better since you have an annual plan.
