Is there a way to create output HTML files for hosting on our own site or the ability to create a company domain through your site?

That is what the iFrame embeds are for:

Or you can dig in to the map source code to see what is done. We leave it unobscured for a reason.

Thanks, yes we do lobe and use the embed function, just looking for our own hosting option. I have looked at the code and will continue to play around with it.
