quick review of pictures

Does Map Pilot have a solution for quick in-app review of pictures that are taken without the need to open another app to get access to stored media?

No. The camera syncing doesn't work super well for large amounts of pictures and it is always going to be faster to take the SD card out of the camera and review the images either on a computer or the iOS device.
