GCP using Local Country co-ordinates

Can you use local co-ordinates for GCPs rather than Lat,Log. I'm in New Zealand so want to use NZ GD2000 Co-ordinates.

No. All of our inputs and outputs are in decimal degrees.

I would like also to have local projected systems. I work in GGRS87 (ESPG:2100)
