Terrain Awarness

I am struggling with the featureTerrain Awareness.

I logged into my Maps Made Easy account, then into my profile, then scrolled to Map Pilot Access Token, and requested a token.

A 40+ character password came up.

I did copy it. I think I went into the Map Pilot app's settings and pasted it or it came up in Terrain Data Access Token on its own, some how it was there (i have tried so many things I am confused but this is to the best of my recollection) and I think for the first time Terrain Awareness, in the top menu of the Pilot Map app, was not greyed out - it was white.

At some point it wanted me to verify that the 'Terrain Data Access Token" is correct in the settings and that you are connected to the internet.

 

I didn't know how to check if the token was correct, everything looked alright and as far as I could tell. At the top of the app it said connected so I think I was connected to the internet because of that. So i clicked on OK. I thought maybe if I saved and uploaded the flight I would see the terrain elevation profile under my flight plan but NOPE. My next thought was to click on START in the, Flight Control Panel, and see if that would activate it and NOPE. It performed its mission flawlessly without Terrain Awarness (no elevation profile showed up below)

Can someone help me with the steps after I receive the inserted screen shot above?

That message means that the token is either not entered correctly or you are not connected to the internet. If you are connected to the internet, the token is the problem. Please check that all of the characters are in place in the proper setting entry.

When it says "Connected" at the top of Map Pilot that means the aircraft is connected, not that the device is properly on the internet.

I've got it now, thank you!

I think it was the token. I was using copy on it instead of "copy all" to select it for copying.

It works beautifully.
