Dji mini 3 resolution setting

I recently bought a dji mini 3, and I am trying to take 48mp photos. I can set the camera to be 48mp in the dji fly app, but it always defaults back to 12mp. On map pilot pro, I don't see any settings for this. Is it possible to set 48mp as the default on map pilot pro (and on dji fly also)?
