I can't log into the Map pilot pro app on my phone. Only the message "checkin credential" and cannot log in

Is the MAP PILOT PRO account the same MAP EASY MADE account

What version of Map Pilot Pro are you trying to log in with?

The username and password are the same as for the Maps Made Easy site.

I logged in, version 1.8.2a downloaded on CH Play and version 1.8.2e downloaded from the website both failed.

And the device is on the internet?

Yes of course

All versions have the same message as shown

Have you tried to connect on a different internet connection?
Have you been able to log in with this version previously?
Have you recently changed your password?
