MME allows to add GCP file for postprocessing but this only affects to flat maps (as stated: "3D related files (XYZ, LAS, OBJ, KMZ) are not reprocessed and are not provided. "). Is there a way to adjust/stretch/warp MME point cloud to match correct coordinates? Mapping done with DJI drone, therefore needs for adjustment.

You can readjust the alignment of normal photogrammetry maps or with Flat Maps. The GeoTiff output and DEM will be readjusted. The 3D files are not recreated.
We recommend using Cloud Compare for realigning LAS outputs.
