1000 acre project mapping. Multi flight / multi day Deliverables ?

I would do each general area individually and process it as probably 5 or 6 different maps. Any single map you run on Maps Made Easy has to be contiguous. You can't have islands of data that aren't connected with adjacent data. 

For example, I would plan a mission to cover all of that northern section as one. Then collect the data all in one visit and process it together. Use 75% overlap since there are minimal tree blocks and you are flying pretty high. 

Is there any recommended method for planning separate mission boundaries so that they attain the appropriate overlap for the data to be processed as one map? 

As in , could i fly each section of the contiguous northern section from my reference picture, on separate days to be treated as one map in processing ?  Or would that area need to be captured all in one mission all at once ?

You could import all of those as a KML since it looks like you already have the shapes in Google Earth.

Not the part about adding _boundary to the file name before importing and the polygons will get imported as boundaries. Then you just have to double tap to designate where you want to take off. 

But, I would recommend combining some of those and flying them as a single mission. It will help the processing as opposed to having large adjacent areas that are collected at different times and lighting conditions. 

Maybe import the KML with the _boundary part so you can use them as guidelines for drawing your own polygons.
