We are sorry to hear you are having issues paying. Did you update the payment information at the link you provided in your email? The charge failure says it is due to "insufficient funds".
It looks like you signed up from he Base Annual plan on Sept 27 but then switched to the Pro monthly plan on November 18. This left a prorated balance of $38.60. $15 was charged on November 18 for the first month of Pro, then $15 for the second payment of Pro on December 18 but there wasn't enough for the third payment on January 18. The card doesn't appear to be valid anymore so the system cannot charge you the $6.40 you need for the January Pro payment.
