We have had two instances using Map Pilot Pro where the set overlap of 80/80 is not consistently captured. See attached. The area ("some issues with overlap in this area") in question was the first portion of the flight.
I don't see a flight like this in your account so it is hard to say with you syncing it so we can see the log.
Is this data from the images or a log file?
It is possible the card started getting full. It is possible the signal got bad. It is possible the camera was having issues. The log file would tell most of this.

Images for map "Quinton' are uploading now.
The overlap error occurred at the beginning of the flight, not the end, so we have eliminated a full SD card from the list of potential issues. Buffering may certainly be a factor, but again, I would expect that towards the end of the flight, not the beginning.
Here's a screenshot from the Google Map on MME's frontend...
Based on that it looks like the data was from the image tags, which leaves the same possible culprits listed before. We wouldn't be able to tell without the log file.
