The area and size of the files doesn't matter in the pricing. All that matters is the total gigapixels being processed at a time. If you have a 20 megapixel camera (like most DJI cameras) a gigapixel is 50 of those images. The best way to get an estimate for that would be to do the layout in Map Pilot Pro and look at the "Points" in the layout stats panel in the top left. That estimate will be high since if have the Elite plan. You can take off 1600 points from that total (200 per gigapixel that is included in your subscription allotment).
The GCPs are handled after you process it using the image tags.
With the Elite subscription the first 400 images would be free (8 gigapixels) and you use the pay as you go system to pay to do larger works.
If you use a downscaling option in Step 2 of the uploader it can make that 8 gigapixels process as many as 1600 images without any additional points but the results would be quarter resolution. This may or may not make much of a difference to you. Run a sample through to check it out.
