Airdata token "not valid"

I am getting "AirData Upload Error. Token is not valid. Please check token and that an internet connection is available." when clicking on a CSV in my flight logs in the Map Pilot app on iOS.

I have verified my Airdata token in my Settings is correct and the same I use with other applications. Is there an issue with the Map Pilot/Airdata integration preventing the recognition of tokens?

Make sure there are no space characters before or after it.

No spaces before or after, no undisplayable special characters (I typed and retyped and retyped it manually).

Did it work previously?

Please screenshot the area in the AirData site and send that to us at mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com so we can test it.

Also please send a screenshot of how it is entered in the Map Pilot Settings.
